They bugged me the least. Only issue was the finance guy snuck in the "not to be passed on to the consumer" costs and glossed over it while I was signing. She kept me informed an assisted me with making sure I received the detailed services that I requested and gave me detailed information about the services so I can make an informed decision about work I want it done on my 2019 Nissan Titan. I also like very much The way the waiting areas are set up. I was able to get online work done while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I do want to emphasize the prices I was charged for services I had done, did not set off any alarms that told me I was being overcharged and I truly appreciate that. More
