Spammed with messages and emails about getting a rating. They did the same kind of spamming when I showed interest in a used vehicle online. Went to get my oiled changed not too long ago and saw predatory s They did the same kind of spamming when I showed interest in a used vehicle online. Went to get my oiled changed not too long ago and saw predatory salesmen pressuring people in the lobby repeatedly. Also, overheard two instances where people paid for upgraded packages only to be told their concerns were not covered during their visit. My car just hit 60,000, I went in for an oil change and they said I needed over $1000 of work done. Insane. More
