I am extremely disappointed and outraged that your service dept would approach a 16 yo minor for upgrades for expensive services. How dare you take advantage of a young lady who has limited knowledge service dept would approach a 16 yo minor for upgrades for expensive services. How dare you take advantage of a young lady who has limited knowledge of her vehicle and scare her into getting a service she does not need! It cost her $100 for something she didn’t need because your service agent scared her into thinking it might be dangerous to drive her vehicle without the service. Outrageous! And we have paid for a 4 year service plan so she didn’t have to worry about it. This is unacceptable More

I came to have a software recall installed on my 2022 Rogue. It went great. However, they performed a check of the rest of my vehicle and told me my air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced for Rogue. It went great. However, they performed a check of the rest of my vehicle and told me my air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced for $179. I HAD JUST REPLACED THEM! This suggests unethical behavior and makes them untrustworthy. I will not be bringing my vehicle here for service. More
