MR. NGOZI IS THE MAN! My aunt referred me to him to purchase my 1st car on this past weekend. She was adamant that I come to Don Davis and see Mr. Ngozi because he would take care of me and give me the purchase my 1st car on this past weekend. She was adamant that I come to Don Davis and see Mr. Ngozi because he would take care of me and give me the best deal. Boy was she right! This was my 1st time purchasing a vehicle and MR. NGOZI walked me through EVERYTHING and he got me a GREAT deal! He even found me s good insurance at an affordable rate. I purchased a brand new 2024 NISSAN ALTIMA. MR. NGOZI is a great, honest man who also provided me with some words of wisdom too. He treated me like family and made sure I understood the process and made sure I was comfortable and happy with what I was getting...A TRUE HONEST MAN! I'm so happy my aunt brought me to NGOZI. The finance Mgr Stephen Nguyen was a great guy as well. He gave me some good deals on my financing. NISSAN YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I'm so happy I came here to purchase my new vehicle. This was my first time coming to Don Davis Nissan Service Center. Logan Mims provided great customer service and was very thorough with explaining everything. ?He has very pleasant personality. However, according to them - it was a relatively slow Saturday morning. I arrived before 10:30am & it was after 2:30pm when my car was ready. I waited 4+ hrs for a simple oil change, tire & balance rotation & changing engine air filter. I'm rating this 3 stars because the technicians did not refill my windshield washer fluid. It was empty when I arrived & I went to use it yesterday & nothing came out. It's still empty Inspect Windshield Washer Fluid is one of the inspection items for the oil change!!!!! So, now I'm slightly perturbed that I have to go back to Don Davis Nisssan Service Ctr today to have them refill the windshield washer fluid. I'm going back .... because I paid for it. More

Yes and NO. I loved bring my car in for service when Daniel was there. This last time made me very leary. I came for an oil change, told the service adviser ab I loved bring my car in for service when Daniel was there. This last time made me very leary. I came for an oil change, told the service adviser about a light came on, but it wasn't on at the moment. Only stayed on for a few minutes. He was so adminant about me having this checked to be charged $99. Came up with something that I needed to pay $500. All lies, the next day my car stopped. After sitting in the heat 4 hours waiting for a wrecker to find out it was only a battery. I don't trust your service department anymore. Daniel make customers feel very important. I mentioned Daniels name to be told he's no longer there. Sorry to hear that. I was informed my car speed would evidentally slow down for other reasons. Never was told it was the battery. I hate liars. More

The wait time even with an appointment is ridiculous. Seem like there was more talking amongst techs than working to get cars in and out of the shop. They forgot to return my locking lugnut. Pretty sure if they stay focused a bit better some of the little mistakes like not returning my lug nut wouldn’t happen. They need to think about how it affects the customer. More
