Sales person Jeff Armstrong worked with me for two days before purchase and Wes Hayes sales manager and finance manager treated us with respect and dignity.My wife and I felt like they truely wanted to sell us a car and for us to leave satisfied. I was clear on what I was willing too pay with no extras and they respected my wishes. I will definately come back and look to purchase additional vehicles in the future as long as the process contiues that worked here. An exceptional experience because of one person; Faraz Amdani. Faraz took every step possible to make sure that my needs were met, and that I was very satisfied customer. I made my purchase on Wednesday Amdani. Faraz took every step possible to make sure that my needs were met, and that I was very satisfied customer. I made my purchase on Wednesday (06/29/2011). Faraz consistently followed-up. Even when I didn't accept or return his calls, he stay with it. On Tuesday morning (06/29/2011) Faraz gave me a call and invited me in. This was his early day. Even though he was scheduled to be off at 7pm, Faraz took on a pretty good test drive of the nissan Altima. He cared about my needs so much that he was willing to, and did, take me to Don Davis Ford and Toyota, to test drive the Fusion and Camry. He did a great job of working the process of illumination. This took him well beyond 8:30 Tuesday evening (with his wife calling him over and over again - I think that it was 19 times). Faraz's commitment to my satisfaction didn't stop their. I told him that I was interested in the Nissan Sentra and that I would need a couple of days to think about it. Faraz set my expectation that he would be calling everyday to check on me. Needless to say, I took him up on his offer stopped by the next day. I was really interested in the Sentra S, however Faraz suggested the Special Edition SR and gave his reasons why.
