I was absolutely against buying a Nissan. But once I came and spoke with Dominic, he was really pleasant. Not only was he pleasant, he was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Nissan products. After unsuccessfully searching for a vehicle days after my old car had finally given out on me, my boyfriend encouraged me to try Don Davis Auto Group. I am eternally grateful that I did. Not only was the salesman courteous and knowledgeable…he was honest. This is perhaps, the quality I found most endearing. I also appreciated the fact that he did not ignore my needs as a female consumer. He was sensitive to this fact and yet responsive to my boyfriend’s thoughts/opinions. Obviously, I’m sure you’re aware of the sometimes inaccurate reputation sales staff have as being pushy, slick, fast talkers, etc…In short, everything the stereotypical salesman is – he is NOT. Christopher Cooper is a new employee, but if he continues to shine throughout the tenure of his career with Don Davis I see him being wildly successful. I have already encouraged friends on my social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter) to visit Don Davis for an automobile and ask for Cooper. Even my neighborhood dry cleaners noticed my vehicle this morning as I was dropping off clothing and was more than intrigued by my recent phenomenal purchase. She is also looking to buy a new/used car in the immediate future. As I exited the cleaners I left not only my soiled clothes, but also a number for her to call Cooper this week. Again, I am so appreciative for his service provided and look forward to a long relationship with Don Davis Auto. More
After a horrible experience at Texas Nissan of Grapevine. Where Grapevine closed a buying deal with me and took my money without the VIN number. They promised to deliver the car in a few days but didn’t and ignored me for days. I got my money back and went to Don Davis. They were aware of the situation and genuinely wanted my business there. I wanted to just hurry and buy a car, but Don Davis wanted to take it slow and recommended that a test their car before I start dealing for the car. I found this act to be truly client centric. I admit they were a little bit pushy by not letting me have time alone to think about my situation with the car I’m getting. Maybe because I got to the dealer ship an hour before they closed. Still a little pushy. However after I bought the car and finish with the finnacing department, when they were delivering the car. They just said here your key congratz and bye and oh yeah your cars out back. This all took place in 5 min..Overall great dealership, direct and to the point. More

The deal was contingent on the value of my trade. When I brought my trade to Don Davis I received what I felt was fair value. Again a very pleasant experience. The process of completing the paper work with the finance manager was again pleasant. There was no high pressure of add-on products or services for my vehicle. I will shop Don Davis for future vehicle needs. More

To start, leaving another dealership at 8:45pm and something told us to call and see if we could come buy and check on a altima, we had seen a couple of days earlier after the dealership closed. By the time we got to the dealership it was after 9pm. Mr. Whitehouse did not rush me, he did not pressure me, and was very friendly and professional. Once I decided on the car I wanted, I was introduced to Brendan Porter the sales manager. A Top notch professional manager! He new the situation I was in being upside down on a car, and he did everything possible to help me get out of the bad situation. He gave me a deal I could not refuse nor believe! Words cannot say how thankful I am to this gentleman! I was then introduced to Marcus McRae the finance manager. By the time I got to Mr. McRae it was after 12am. He so friendly and professional even as late as it was. We went through the paperwork without a problem. Finally, leaving the dealership well past 12am. This group of genlteman made my buying experience a remarkable experience. Due to these gentleman I will refer people, and let them know that Don Davis Nissan is not the average dealership, Don Davis Nissan is a cut above other dealerships. More
