I purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla from Toyota, and the experience was an ordeal that took all day and even though I walked away happy with my purchase and the deal I got, it was an experience I did not wa experience was an ordeal that took all day and even though I walked away happy with my purchase and the deal I got, it was an experience I did not want to endure again for a new vehicle purchase. Thankfully, this time around the experience was spread out across several visits that were only a couple of hours and I got to deal with a delightful salesperson who happens to be my brother. While being biased (against him, mind you!), I have to admit that he was always the professional and assisted me in reviewing vehicles at his dealership as well as others. He never pushed the sale and always assisted in finding out information about all the vehicles I wanted to review, including taking me on multiple test drives and providing me access to all the personnel I needed to make an informed decision. The deal I got was great, facilitated by Brandon and financed with Horacio. The entire purchasing experience was stellar and I will be buying all future vehicles through him and this dealership as long as they have the vehicle I have in mind. First of all , Mr. Reynolds truly restored my faith in customer service and car shopping. I am a repeat customer. I had a 2009 Altima. The car was totaled by a drunk driver from behind while my daughter was on her way to her grandmothers house. NOT one scratch was on my daughter.
