OUTSTANDING Customer Service! I had no intention of buying a vehicle on my first visit to this dealership. My visit was purely research (I take my time making decisions) as I was not even sure what typ buying a vehicle on my first visit to this dealership. My visit was purely research (I take my time making decisions) as I was not even sure what type of vehicle I really wanted. Michael Reynolds was kind and patient. Furthermore, he asked just the right questions to help me determine my true needs and desires for my new car. After a few test drives, and many hours at the dealership, I finally decided on what I wanted and felt ready to at least discuss purchase/leasing options. My blood sugar plumeted however due to missing lunch and dinner and I knew I may be at the dealership a while longer. So, Michael was so kind to order a meal for me and had it delivered to the dealership. I could then think clearly again, continued crunching the numbers and left that night with my new Nissan Rogue in Cayan Red. I am so excited and pleased with my new vehicle. I will never forget the kindness of all the staff but particularly my salesman, Michael Reynolds. Thank you all for a fantastic customer service experience! More

I started out working with Clay Cooley. I thought their staff was very unprofessional. I truly believe Clay Cooley was over charging just to make money. They kept giving me the run around. When I stepped into Don Davis, the service was immediately professional. Raza was an awesome sales guy. He kept me informed the entire time I was there. He told me exactly what it would take to move the car I wanted. I walked into Don Davis around 3pm. I left for about 2 hours and came back and drove my car off their lot around 10pm. I love Don Davis for working with me. Everyone that walked by me asked if they could get me anything. Awesome dealership!!!! I will probaly forever do business with Don Davis. Once there Raza helped me when test drive, vehicle tour and deciding on the right car for me. He spent the majority of his day helping me with my new car. I had been in the market for a new car for a few months, after mentioning this to Chris he told me to come on in and he promised to find me exactly what I was looking for. I was excited to see if he could really find the "one" for me! I gave him my exact budget and car specifics I was looking for, he was truly up to a challenge! After a few test drives and searching we found my Jeep! I fell in love with it and the price!! A HUGE congrats to Chris for helping find just what I needed, I drove off the lot safe and even more important HAPPY! I think it is only fair for me to take some time out of my day to alert people to an car salesman with a Cape over at Don Davis Nissan. Let me start by saying, I honestly don't even think it is fair to cal my day to alert people to an car salesman with a Cape over at Don Davis Nissan. Let me start by saying, I honestly don't even think it is fair to call Chris Cooper a "Car Salesman". To me, he performed his duties while I was on his dealership lot, as an personal assistant. I'm an Active Duty US Army Soldier who went to the dealership this past weekend to purchase a good pre-owned Nissan, and get rid of my current vehicle that has poor gas mileage and a high payment due to my constant traveling. I originally called the dealership to get info on a car and gave my information to the front desk. However, I then received a phone call from Chris Cooper letting me know he wanted to assist me with finding a vehicle and to come in when I had a chance. Well, after arriving at the dealership I was greeted curbside by Chris when I arrived. Within the first few minutes of talking to him, I could tell he was more then just somebody who would just tell me anything to get me to buy a car, you know, %99 of car salesmen. Well Chris takes the time to make sure you find a vehicle that is most practical for the needs you told him you would need a car to fulfill. Chris not only found a car that met my needs, but found one that was very nice looking and loaded on the inside. The thing that gets me about Chris was his honesty. There were times were Chris would give me a straight up answer, which probably also saved me from making a mistake on car selection due to safety and the area I would be in. Chris was also very sensitive to the needs of my family while they were with us. He was concerned about my children and wife, asking if they needed anything and how they were doing. The thing that blew me away was that even after my vehicle trade-in revealed I had negative equity on my car, Chris did everything in his powers to make sure a deal was made. At one point he even offered to take me to another lot to try to find something else in a more affordable price range. Chris Cooper gave me his undivided attention and did so for the entirety of my time on the lot. In the end, Chris made sure I left the lot in the car I originally fell in love with. Chris Cooper is by far the best "Car Salesman" I, my father, and my brother, have ever dealt with. As a whole, we felt the personal relationship Chris developed showed how trusting and caring he was about me and ensuring I was in the best financial situation. Even after completing my purchase, Chris brought my car up, completed an additional wipe down to get spots missed by the detail team, then went about to assist me in setting up my bluetooth sync with my car and IPhone. He STILL didn't stop, he then helped me transfer everything from my old car, into my new car. He then advised me that It was ok for me to call his cell phone in the event I had any issues with the car or had some questions. Don Davis Nissan is lucky to have someone as good as him as a person, and a car salesman. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are thinking of buying a car from Don Davis Nissan, ask to see Chris Cooper, he is extremely knowledgeable on the capabilities of the vehicles, and will treat you like a friend, not a potential pay check.
