My husband, Steve, and I chose Don Davis Nissan based on a previous experience/ purchase with this dealership several years ago. When we arrived at the dealership on Saturday, July 21st, a salesman met a previous experience/ purchase with this dealership several years ago. When we arrived at the dealership on Saturday, July 21st, a salesman met us outside and asked us how he could help. We told him we were interested in looking at the Nissan Murano. The salesman said he would take us to the "Murano expert." That expert was Jake Warren. Steve and I already knew what options we were looking for so Jake drove a Murano up to some shade (it was a very hot day) and began to adequately explain all of the features of the vehicle. Jake Warren was very informative, knew the vehicle, and was able to answer all of our questions. Jake was very polite and professional. We were impressed with Jake because he was very patient, sincere, and was never pushy. As previously stated it was extremely hot that day and Jake made us as comfortable as possible. We were indecisive as to the color we wanted as well. We finally narrowed it down to two colors and Jake went and drove both cars up, side by side, to the building reducing the amount of walking and exposure to the heat. Because Jake knew the Murano, patiently answered our questions, and spent half the day ensuring we made a choice that we were very happy with, Steve and I chose to purchase from Don Davis Nissan. I have decided to rate my experience with Nissan, due to my recent experience with another dealership for my husbands truck. I hadn't realized how exceptional my experience was until I noticed the many sho my recent experience with another dealership for my husbands truck. I hadn't realized how exceptional my experience was until I noticed the many short comings of this other dealership. I kept telling my husband.."At Nissan they did this or did that." First thing I noticed was chosing the car, we wasted so much time just walking and walking and walking around the car lot. The sales guy kept reading the stickers off the trucks to answer our questions. It was annoying, we could have done that ourselves. At Nissan, the associate I worked with Raza, knew his inventory extremely well and actually had me sit down first and actually conversed with me about exactly what I wanted. I realize now how much time this saved. It only took him a few minutes to get the keys of the perfect vehicle I described. At the other dealership after searching and searching, in the heat I may add, we finally went inside and the associate had to look in the system, only to find the color my husband wanted, wasn't available. At Nissan, once I chose my car, Raza quickly did the paperwork and handed me off to Heracio. I can honestly say the whole process took about two hours. The other dealership, took a total of 3 days, driving back and forth to fill out more and more paperwork and get the car detailed. Once we actually had the truck, my husband had to figure out all the devices in the car himself. At Nissan, Raza set up everything for me. Bluetooth, even took the time to set my radio dial. My husband still doesn't know how to use his Bluetooth. After my husbands experience, I see how at Nissan I was truely taken care of. I will never buy a car anywhere else! More
My buying experience was excellent. I could have ask for anything else. The salesman & managers were great. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new car but not for service. My issue is with the service department. I purchase my car a few months ago. My problem with the 2012 maxima is that I have enough space between my front bumper & headlight that I can put my baby finger thru. Also my rear bump is not line up correctly. It sticks out a little. I ask the salesman and he said it was normal. After owning the car these 2 things really bother me so I decided to take it into service. The service guy told me that someone had hit my bumper front & back but then I told him that it was like that when I purchase the car. Then his story change to it is normal. So I decided to look at other new maxima on the car lot and it is not normal. I'm still trying to get this issue resolve. My advice is to make sure you look over the entire car & if its something that doesn't look right don't purchase the car. Because the service department will find any reason not to correct the problem. Other than the front & rear bumper issue I love the performance that this car delivers. More

He was not pushes nor did he try to sale us a car we did not like. We told him what we were looking for and he found a use car in our price range now my daughter is very happy with her car. I was so please with his service that I decided when I buy my new car it would be from Nissan. I told Faraz that I liked the 2012 Nissan Murano and that I would be back sometime in July or August to maybe purchase one and he informed me that the Fourth of July weekend would be a great time to purchase because they would be having great deals around that time. When I came back during the Fourth of July weekend I asked for Faraz and he was able to get me a great deal on the 2012 Nissan Murano. I was a Honda person. My last 3 cars were purchased from Honda. I never thought I would switch dealership until my experience with Nissan with Faraz as my sales person. His friendly service was awesome. Now I am a Nissan person. I love the smooth and powerful drive of my Nissan Murano. More
