We went back a few days later and dealt with a different salesman, Trino Moreno, he took great care of us. Explained the situation to him and Justin Crain, who did a fantastic job also making us feel very comfortable and getting us in a 2012 Platinum Murano. William met me at the door. When I told him what I was interested in, he showed me to his office. He then had the car I requested pulled around.
