John was very helpful and informative when I bought my new truck. I had a very welcoming and wonderful time purchasing my 1st car!! I went into the dealership with someone else thinking I was going to just test drive a couple of cars and I walked out with a brand new Pathfinder that I love!!!! I came for a friend's wedding in dallas and ran into my egbon (Charles Ojo) who's been shouting on my head that i needed to change my 'garbage' (as he would refer to it) BUT i have always been afraid and h egbon (Charles Ojo) who's been shouting on my head that i needed to change my 'garbage' (as he would refer to it) BUT i have always been afraid and hesistant about ALL car guys even him included. He literally dragged me to the dealership very late after the wedding around 9pm and I was praying in my mind they should have closed by the time we get there BUT fortunately & unfortunately they were still open. We met with the manager and Tony. He told Tony all my briefs and even though it was cold outside, Tony took us to this Altima at the far end of the building asking me some questions along the way. I fell in love with the car on sighting it, drove it around and in less than an hour, I was cruising back to my hotel in my BRAND NEW 2013 NISSAN ALTIMAAAAA!!! Tony was very patient, friendly and he listened to all Charles was saying to get us MY PERFECT CAR! I must confess, the whole experience was interesting, everybody that late night Mr George, Mr Lacey the finance manager were patient, friendly and took out time to explain every bit of information i needed to me. I have been showing-off my 'BABY' to everyone here in Houston and watchout guys, we'll be bombarding your dealership to buy all your vehicles on my next visit with my friends. Just be prepared. I just wanted to let Don Davis know that I loved my sales guy- Razza. I met Raza and George (CT) a week ago while I was hanging out with a friend, they both advised me where they worked and encourgaed me to guy- Razza. I met Raza and George (CT) a week ago while I was hanging out with a friend, they both advised me where they worked and encourgaed me to come to the dealership to take a look at the new 2012 Pathfindered, especially since there was a great rebate offered right now. I love my new 2012 Pathfinder, Razza was very honest with me, even after I explained my credit situation and he made the process PAINLESS. He was very articulate in explaining neagtive equity in a vehicle and as a result, I am only paying 100 bucks more than I was paying, only now I am in a brand new 2012 vehicle. He even explained the tier credit program with Nissan, encouraged me to always pay on time, rebuild my credit and in 18 months come back and talk about a possible upgrade. Although I felt my interest rate was somewhat high, it culd have been a lot worse, so thanks Don Davis for working with a sister, you guys have great customer service and the guy that did my finance, I beleive it was Horrice Guiterrez, he was extra nice and patient and explained all my options regarding buying a warranty at a later date! I bought my last vehicle from Trophy Nissan and they were awful, (sorry for such a negative tone) but they were. Don Davis I am employed by Dallas County and I will tell all of my friends and co-workers to check out your dealership! Just one thing, someone please let Razza now that he sold me my vehicle we are officially friends for life, or at least until its time to get another car!LOL. Pam Williams was very friendly and helpful. She not only answered all my questions, but answered my brother's and parents' questions too. My parents are 81 and 82. They went in with my brother and visited Don Davis Nissan. I had owned 2 Nissan Quest minivans. My first one in 1992 and the second one in 2001. I have always loved my Quest minivans. They are great for traveling especially with little kids. Now my kids are in college. I love my Nissan Quest minivan for taking the girls back and forth to college. Plenty of room for everything 2 girls want to take with them. To make a long story short my parents and brother went looking for a new Quest minivan for me and was able to get me such a great deal that I signed the papers that night. Pam Williams did such a great job selling me on the van that when I told my husband about getting one, he thought it was a great deal too. More
I live in Oklahoma, and had driven to Arlington to visit my son, and to buy my daughter a new vechile. I went to Clay Cooley lot first ( which by the way there is not one thing COOL about Clay Cooley's employees or prices). I had gotten so put out the way I was treated. My husband was too the point we weren't going to buy anything. I called Don Davis and got in touch with George Holmes III. Which treated me with nothing but respect. I told him over the phone what I went threw at Clay Cooley's and he promised me I would not have to that with his Don Davis crew. And he did just what he told me he would do. I felt like I was very well taken care of , and this is our first Nissan to ever buy, but I will do all my business with George Holmes III at Don Davis from this point on. I have told all my family where they need to purchase their vechiles. The company that I work for here in Oklahoma has about 25 fleet vechiles, in fact the same day I was buying my new one from yall, the company purchased me a 2012 Nissan Altima for my company car. I have also given George's information to my company for any more purchases we need to make on vchiles. I just want to say thanks to George, Mj Odeh, and even Ricky Pool ( which made even the financial part of the transaction easier) and to let yall know what good people that yall have working for you.
