This was my first car purchase from a dealership. Even though it took 3 days and 4 dealerships we found ourselves back at Don Davis. Salesman David Sowell did an excellent job with us. I was referred by my friend Mrs. Islam and she stated that Marcus Mcrae give great service. She later called me back and gave me the contact information for Raza Inthanongsack. I called and we set up an appointment but I called back the day of my appointment and rescheduled for an earlier time. He welcomed the change. When I arrived at the dealership, I was nicely greeted by another salesman who directed me to Raza. Raza displayed excellent customer service. He asked us what make, model, and color of vehicle we preferred and he proceeded to attend to our request. We test drove a vehicle and Raza explained all the services/product regarding the Nissan Altima. The general manager took the time to welcome us to the dealership and thanked us for our visit. I felt right at home at this point. Raza processed our application and explained our figures. We went to financing with Marcus Mcrae who further assisted us with excellent customer service. I have never felt more pleased with a dealership and its employees until now. I will refer all family and friends to Don Davis Dealership and for them to go see Raza and Marcus.
