I had appointment for oil changes, I asked them to look at the brake. they said they have to charge me to take off the tires to look at the brake. So I said ok, then do rotation while you at it. I waited at the brake. they said they have to charge me to take off the tires to look at the brake. So I said ok, then do rotation while you at it. I waited for 2 hrs and they only rotated my tires and no oil changes. Seth forgot to put in ticket for oil changes. What a joker! I made appointment for oil changed and still waited for 2hrs. By the way, I know they don't need to take out tire to look at the brake pad, they can still see it from the back when lift up the car. BAD express service! More

After 3 hrs the service rep came and advise I made an appointment with Don Davis Nissan in Arlington, TX for an oil change and 4 tires (price match). After 3 hrs the service rep came and advised of Don Davis price for tires. I advised the rep that the price quoted is not price match. It took 3 hours to get a higher price quote. I so upset 3 hours for half the service. More
