Run!! Run far far away as fast as you can!!! Waited 3 hours to to get price and trade in value and got nothing but credit score. They told us they would call within an hr (had to get to sons t-ball tournament ), never heard anything 5 hrs later. Had to call 2 managers to get anywhere. We will NEVER EVER be back and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Waste of my time! More
Don't waste your money on a diagnosis with this service Took car for engine diagnosis, they charged $120 but did not notice bad engine exhaust valve! Paid another Honda dealer to do same diagnosis after car left my daughter stranded on turnpike. Second diagnosis found the issue and confirmed it should have been found with the initial diagnosis. Don Carlton refuses to refund the money I wasted on their incompetent diagnosis of engine problem. More
In late October I purchased a 2009 Honda Civic from this dealership, it was the first car I test drove, and I loved it. They came down on the price for my dad and I by about $2000 which was nice, and we pur dealership, it was the first car I test drove, and I loved it. They came down on the price for my dad and I by about $2000 which was nice, and we purchased the 5 year warranty plan as well which brought the car back to the original sticker price which I was fine with. What I wasn't fine with was the fact that it was such a hassle to get them to just change the windshield wiper blades and clean and detail the car while we did paper work. Overlooked it, I was happy with just getting approved for the car. Now I am two months down the road of owning this vehicle and in these two months I have had a flat tire, I've had to change the oil, and the battery is now dead. It would have been nice if they would have changed the oil since I didn't even drive 500 miles before I had to change it. And it would have been even more nice if they would have mentioned that the battery was the original battery and that it would probably die soon. But no. They're just money hungry and don't care. I'm really glad I wasn't traveling out of town for my job when my battery died, because I would have been up a creek without a paddle. Needless to say I'm very angry, and I will never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More

While traveling from Chicago to Arizona our Odyssey van While traveling from Chicago to Arizona our Odyssey van was disabled just outside of Tulsa and was towed to the Don Carlton Honda dealership.My wife While traveling from Chicago to Arizona our Odyssey van was disabled just outside of Tulsa and was towed to the Don Carlton Honda dealership.My wife and I,our 85lb Lab, and our 2 cats were treated wonderfully by the staff at this dealership,especially by our service advisor,Kristi Cates.The problem with the van was diagnosed and repaired.As it turns out,bolts had been inproperly installed in a wheel bearing repair that took place at a dealership in a neighboring state,that should remain unnamed. The bolts finally broke and rendered the van undriveable. It could have had tragic consequences since we had been traveling at interstate high speeds, prior to the incident. My wife and I want to again thank Kristi and the Don Carlton Honda staff for resolving our problem,getting us back on the road,and being so hospitable. Sincerely, Ron & Sue Steiner More
