Josh in express is very helpful and answered all my questions along with educated me on some of the technology in my vehicle. I'll be back for sure! The car wash was also a plus too, it feels like im leaving the same as when I bought the car brand new! Thanks guys! More

Unprofessional service, poor staff and expensive parts Firstly, I do not recommend this Honda dealer!!! And stay as far as possible from this dealer. They worked in my car and left oil patches in differ Firstly, I do not recommend this Honda dealer!!! And stay as far as possible from this dealer. They worked in my car and left oil patches in different places inside my car after replacing my starter. My dash board, steering seat looked dirty after they worked to replace my starter. And I had to replace it within a month of their 75, 000 maintenance check when they drained a lot of my money!!!! They are also a PARTS-BULLY!!! That means they sell parts at a very high cost...say for example $395 for a Honda Civic starter (October 2015)....a simple google search will reveal cost of a new starter, and they charged me 1.5 - 2 times the cost of a new part (market rate). I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealer, and I can bet most of these good reviews are done by their unprofessional staffs....whom you have to call and remind that you are waiting for a longgggggg time beyond their self imposed time limit to just what is wrong with your car. More

Best service around! I purchased my Honda Fit in 2012 from Don Carlton Honda and have had all of my service work done there since. I have not had a single bad experience i I purchased my Honda Fit in 2012 from Don Carlton Honda and have had all of my service work done there since. I have not had a single bad experience in the 3 years I've been using them. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the prices are always affordable. My regular service adviser, Paul, does a wonderful job at making sure I understand what is being done to my car and always does his best to save me time and money. I will continue to use this dealership for my service needs and if I ever purchase another car, I'm sure I will buy it here. :) More
