Great customer service!! My most recent visit to Don Carlton was for a low tire issue. The technician quickly found a nail to be the source of my problem. They removed the nai My most recent visit to Don Carlton was for a low tire issue. The technician quickly found a nail to be the source of my problem. They removed the nail and plugged the hole. My service rep, Terrence, advised me of my current tread wear and at my request provided me with an estimate for tire replacement. Armed with the knowledge of my existing tread and the cost of new tires, I left Don Carlton with my repaired tire and a plan on when to replace my tires. Many thanks to the Don Carlton service personnel for fixing the immediate problem and helping me determine how soon I should consider tire replacement. More

The salesman who greeted us was kind, very knowledgeable about Hondas, and was just a pleasure to work with for this purchase. I had test drove other vehicles, i.e. Jeeps, Buicks, Chevrolet, but I wanted to test out Hondas as I've never owned one before. And I am so glad I did! Compared to the other vehicles, I felt more comfortable in the Honda, it was just the right size, not too small, and not too big. Absolutely love my new car! More
