After researching which vehicle would best suit our family, we visited Don Carlton for a test drive. We actually came a few times to test drive and never felt pressured to make a decision. We had visited other dealerships and had an entirely different (not good) experience. We came prepared for battle once we found the car we liked best and definitely weren't prepared for what came next... From the time we sat down to "battle" to when we were signing papers couldn't have been more than 20 mins. We received a fair offer on our trade and their first offered price was lower than we were going to try to get them down to. We dealt with Russell Nantz every time we visited and the world would be a better place if all salesmen were like him. He was very informative, professional and extremely nice. He made the entire experience enjoyable. They have earned our business for a lifetime! More

Never planned on buy a car/SUV I have purchased several vehicles over the years, but this experience was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. From the moment I pulled in I have purchased several vehicles over the years, but this experience was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. From the moment I pulled into the lot until the time I left, I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle or like all eyes were on me. I had the pleasure of meeting Ed Smull, who waited for me to get out of my vehicle and start walking the lot before asking if he could help me. He showed me the ins and outs of the SUV I was interested in, knowing I was unsure whether or not I’d actually be buying a car that day. As we chatted I forgot he was selling me a car, and felt more like a friend (a really funny friend) was just showing me around. I took the vehicle for a test drive, and told Ed I’d think about it and let him know. I ended up leaving and discussing the vehicle with a friend, and returned a few hours later to find out the trade-in value of my truck. It turned out the truck I bought 4 years before had been totaled, unbeknownst to me. Long story short, the team I dealt with at Don Carlton Honda, Ed and Sami, worked with me and made sure I was helped out of this unforeseen situation with my truck. At the end of the day I ended up purchasing the SUV I test drove, a 2019 Pilot EX-L. The level of professionalism, fairness and transparency from Ed and Sami showed me how much they cared, and that they were not just trying to get a sale.
