Dino and others were friendly, mindful of my time, and made a good deal with me without the unpleasant adversarial experience I have had at some other dealerships over the years. I was shown respect and consideration for my vulnerability to the COVID-19 virus by Dino wearing a mask in my presence and other dealership people standing at a distance to talk with me. Everything was explained in detail from the functions of the car to the paperwork needed to finish the deal. I can recommend Don Carlton to anyone who wants a good deal without the pain of struggling to get one. Respect goes a long way. I was definitely a person, not a number.
