That trade in does not work that way. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone they are thieves liars dishonest and rude people working there More
Won't stand behind their used vehicles I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado from Don Bulluck Chevrolet on the 18th of March. 2 weeks later, the check engine light comes on out of the blue. I cal I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado from Don Bulluck Chevrolet on the 18th of March. 2 weeks later, the check engine light comes on out of the blue. I call Onstar to run a diagnostic on it and they tell me it's in the emissions of the truck. I call the service department and they tell me to bring it in. They did a smoke test on the system as well as a pressure test. They said they saw no smoke leaking anywhere but did see that pressure was dropping indicating a leak somewhere. Reset the light and told me to see if it got worse but it would not be covered under the 30 day warranty. Yesterday the check engine light came back on as well as the Stabilitrack light. Called all day and finally got up with the salesperson Millie and told her that the Service Department wouldn't call me back and I needed to get this issue fixed. She called me back to say that even though the 30 days weren't up, I had went over a thousand miles so the warrant was over. These people are the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They won't stand behind what they sell and I would tell everyone to beware of them when looking a vehicle. More
I am from NC and currently reside in VA. When we decided to purchase a new Tahoe it wasn't a question where we would go. We have always bought our vehicles from Don Bulluck Chevy/Forbes Whitley. The servi to purchase a new Tahoe it wasn't a question where we would go. We have always bought our vehicles from Don Bulluck Chevy/Forbes Whitley. The service is always outstanding and we are treated as if we were family. This is a "diamond in the rough" as far as car dealerships go. They go above and beyond what is required of them. I will buy every car/truck I ever own from them regardless of the drive it takes to get there. I would reccomend this to anyone that is looking to buy new are used. It makes the car buying experience what it should be, enjoyable, and not a hassle. I've never felt cornered or pressured here. Thanks Don Bulluck. Keep it up! More
Very friendly, great help in finding the right car for my wife, the intire staff made my wife and I, a part of their family. The atmosphere is not high pressure, as it is in most dealerships. I was interested in purchasing a Tahoe they had listed on the website. Apparently the price they listed it for included ALL possible rebates, a fact that was not disclosed. Also, I made clear before I arrive the website. Apparently the price they listed it for included ALL possible rebates, a fact that was not disclosed. Also, I made clear before I arrived that I did not like the rims which were on the car. I was told switching them out for the regular factory rims would not be a problem. When I got there first they tried to charge me to switch them out (the ones I wanted were cheaper than the upgrade). Then they tried to give me $500 off to keep the rims. Finally they were really rude and rushed me out when I pointed out the deceptive nature of the pricing on their website. More
I needed a tire repaired and brought it to this dealer to fix since my car was equiped with the tire pressure sensors. After repairing the tire I was told my engine light was on and after checking the proble fix since my car was equiped with the tire pressure sensors. After repairing the tire I was told my engine light was on and after checking the problem told that I needed new spark plugs, My cay only had 35,000 miles on it. They replaced the plugs and 2 days later the engine light came back on. Made another appointment and this time I was told that my oil level was 2.5 quarts low, the oil light never came on, which damaged the timing chain and tensioners. Even though the oil light never came on the dealer would not honor the warranty and were going to charge me $1850 for the repair. I had asked 4 different people there why the oil light did not come on and 3 of them could not answer and the service manager said he was not an engineer. The dealer did agree after some heated disdcussions to reduce the charge to $715 and I had to pay $400 for a rental car. After 2 days, the engine light came back on and the car was idling rough. Took the car back for a third time and after a 2 hour wait was told they could not do the diognostics because they did not have the laster version of GMs software. Took the car back for a fourth time and after a 3 hour wait was told a pump was leaking and they had to order the part and they did provide the rental car. Now I am told that they do not know when I can have my car back since they had to order a different part that GM did not have and they are searching other dealer across the country. I had to call the dealer to find this out. I have been dealing with this issue for 7 weeks and this dealer showed no concern for my situation. They never took the initiative to call me with any updates,no sense of urgency and has no people skills at any level. This is not the first time I have had issue with this dealer. More

Purchased a new truck. Get motion sick easily. After driving the truck to work the first day, I was so sick I could hardly work. Called the dealership by 1:00 the first day of ownership and explained t driving the truck to work the first day, I was so sick I could hardly work. Called the dealership by 1:00 the first day of ownership and explained the situation. Was told that they would work with me if I decided to return but to drive it for another day or two to be sure. On third day of ownership returned to dealership. Salesman was very negative. Said all the paperwork had been completed and he just didn't know what he could do for me. Asked to purchase a used truck and get my car back. Said they had already serviced my car and it would cost me another $1000 more than the allowance if I wanted it. Everything I asked for, I was given a reason why it couldn't be done. My husband has traded me vehicles and I have three years to pay for this truck. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DON BULLOCK AGAIN.....Thought the days of sleezy salesmanship were over. Evidently not. I was willing to take the loss of value in the truck but they still did not want to make any changes. More
We have a signed bill of sale from Don Bullock Chevrolet for the purchase of a new vehicle, which we paid for in full and signed over the title to our own vehicle for trade. Hours before picking up our new for the purchase of a new vehicle, which we paid for in full and signed over the title to our own vehicle for trade. Hours before picking up our new vehicle, 3 days after buying it, we received a phone call that the vehicle we purchased was no longer available. After many phone calls, we found out that the vehicle we purchased WAS STILL available and that Don Bullock Chevrolet made it clear to another dealer that their own profit wasn't going to be enough for them to fulfill their own contract with us. Therefore resulting in a breach of contract! Not to mention that during negotiation, we accepted their counter offer, in which the sales manager admitted to making a mistake and upping their counter offer another $1,000! Their word is not worth the paper it is printed on! BUYER BEWARE!!!! More
