With the explanation that everybody else is doing it. Next you'll be charging for me to sit in the waiting room, and if I drink a cup of coffee or use the rest room there will be another charge. I understand that you're trying to be inventive in increase your charges without saying your raising your rate to be competitive. For me you're just being deceitful. Charles S. Gordon More
