I was waiting in the waiting room to get my oil changed from 7:30 to 9:00. When I asked, they said they had not started it yet because they were short handed. They compensated me for the oil change, but from 7:30 to 9:00. When I asked, they said they had not started it yet because they were short handed. They compensated me for the oil change, but I was very disappointed, as it was a huge inconvenience for me to have to leave my car there and get a ride to work and then another ride to pick it up. I may consider taking my business elsewhere More
