Im so sorry for the trouble you had, we did not make an error . Service sent a text to you at on August 28th at 9:21 am stating your vehcle was done and ready for pick up , they also asked if you needed a shuttle ride and you were provided with service advisors direct line . You sent a response at 6:22 pm we are so sorry we were not here to recieve your response as service closes at 5:00pm. We care so much and we are truly sorry for any inconvience this may have caused.

I listened to what your service worker said to me morning of when I dropped off my car. I asked if I could still pick up my car after my shift which ends at 6:30 pm, to which he responded yes, up until 8 pm you can pick up your keys with the lockbox, and we will text you the lockbox code to access your keys, then you can take your car home that night. It seems very odd that you will not stand by your own employee's word and will instead blame the customer for taking their word, as I was very unprofessionally told this situation is all my fault by Pam in customer service during my work break (I have also seen a lot of Google reviews complaining about her behavior as well). It seems unreasonable that I'm apparently expected to not take your employee's word about how they do business, but also apparently take an entire day off work and just wait by the phone for when you all finish. Other people work during 9-5 normal business hours as well (I actually work 8-6:30, which makes it difficult to talk with Pam as she gets off her shift at 4:30); people also need income for rent, utilities, medicine, bills. I cannot be expected to take an entire day off at Don Brown Chevrolet when I can instead go somewhere else and get my car back the same day, while being able to trust the word of employees, know that management will stand by their employee's word, not have to spend multiple hours income on Ubers, not be in unnecessary pain and have to take extra pain medicine from additional physical activity during this run around trying to get my own car that is difficult due to being physically disabled, not have to inconvience my friends and stay at their apartment due to being refused my apartment keys on my keyfob until almost 8 pm, and then not get an extremely unprofessional phone call blaming me for an employee's error after leaving an honest review that happened to reflect poorly on them. Edit: Also, please stop acting so apologetic just because you happen to be in the public eye right now. It's nauseating and causing mental whiplash considering how I was treated by your customer service (who called me, mind you, it's not as if I called to leave a complaint).
