I have been using this place for years and overall, I am satisfied with their services. I have have other vehicles treated elsewhere and was given a courtesy wash and quick vacuum. The first day my car sat with no work done which I was not happy about but the next day it was completed and ready for pick up before 12. That definitely made up for the first day. Came in to have rearview mirror replaced after a theft. Trevor Rines, is who initially assisted me. I stated that if possible I didn't want to get the entire window replaced but if they could just attach Trevor Rines, is who initially assisted me. Trevor initially stated that wasn't possible but later, after talking with someone else, stated it could be done. Never once did he state that the mirror wouldn't be placed in the original spot. I left my car there, I also asked to have the one key fob reprogramed and new one issued as well. Trevor stated the keys could be done that day but we had to wait for the mirror to be delivered. My car stayed at the dealership Friday-Wednesday. When I picked up my car, is when I noticed the mirror was placed at least 6 inches below the actual spot, there was also a crack in my windshield. Trying to address the issue with Kevin was horrible. Not only was he belittling me as he talked down to me but was very unprofessional. No matter what I said, nothing could have been his service departments fault or Trevors for providing the wrong information to me. The additional crack, to him, could have been caused by a million different things beside his department. At no point did I ask him for a new window but he assumed that is was I was asking for. In fact, never once did I ask for anything but wanted an explanation on why I wasn't given the correct information on how the work was going to be done. At this point, I had already paid for all service rendered so that was never the issue. The lack of responsibility Trevor and Kevin were willing to take was disgusting. I'm giving Pam 2 stars because she was a least trying to hear me out but still had horrible customer service skills. She refused to give me upper managements contact information and stated that any complaints made after this, wouldn't be heard by anyone else because she handles them all and won't pass on any information. At the end, I was banned from taking my car back ( I didn't want to bring it back anyways) and Pam refunded the labor for the Mirror being replaced in the wrong spot, despite Kevin's disagreement to that. I went somewhere else and replaced my window and had the mirror placed in the correct spot. Money wasn't the issue here, it was the lack of information and accountability. No need to respond to this, again not asking or looking for anything from this location. I do want people to know that they don't give the proper information on repairs and if anything happens to your car, they'll just blame the world around them before they take accountability. More
