Dealer did not disclose vehicle damages: I purchased my vehicle on July 3, 2019 it was a 2018 Nissan Altima SL. On Aug.7, 2019, I had to take my vehicle for service at an Authorized Nissan d I purchased my vehicle on July 3, 2019 it was a 2018 Nissan Altima SL. On Aug.7, 2019, I had to take my vehicle for service at an Authorized Nissan dealership. The supplemental airbag light came on and would not go off. Thats, when while the car was being serviced, I was called into the repair area and was shown that the car had some major damage. The heat shield was missing and the front edge of the under part of the bumper was missing. The undercarriage of the front of the vehicle was badly damaged and scratched up. Apparently, the car appeared to have been bottom out at some point and the heat shield came off of the vehicle and the oil pan was damaged and the car was leaking oil. The brackets to which the heat shield should have been secured to were bent. This is the information the Nissan dealership gave me in writing. The cost to repair the damages is approximately, or close to $4000. I contacted my finance company to inform them that I was not informed of any of this when I first went to test drive and see the car or when I went back to make the purchase. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman with very little knowledge of inspecting the undercarriage when purchasing a used vehicle. I am in the process of consulting an attorney and the BBB if I cannot get some resolution from Don Brown Chevrolet, where I purchased the vehicle. More

First new car for grandson This was our first stop to find a new car for my grandson. Gerry Bonsignore walked us around the lot, we looked at certified used cars and new cars th This was our first stop to find a new car for my grandson. Gerry Bonsignore walked us around the lot, we looked at certified used cars and new cars that might work for my grandson. In the end we found the best fit in a used 2019 Cruze with 450 miles on the Ode and full factory warranty. Mr. Bonsignore discussed all possible arrangements for my grandson to be able to buy this car. We eventually found the best deal on insurance through the in-house insurance agent and we were able to find the best fit for finance on our own. We picked up a check from State Farm bank, dropped it off at Don Brown and my grandson drove off with his (almost) new car. All the while the staff including the three finance manager we worked with were courteous and professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Chevy. More
Great Customer Care I used the online buy option and it was easy to navigate. I was assigned to Michelle Lokey who contacted me right away and let me know she was there I used the online buy option and it was easy to navigate. I was assigned to Michelle Lokey who contacted me right away and let me know she was there to assist me in purchasing my new car. The best part - I wasn't pressured. She let me call back and contact her and it was a week later. I can't tell you how much as a consumer that I appreciated it. When I did contact Michelle she was pleasant and very helpful. She kept me informed every step of the way and even told me she would contact me on her day off if my deal was approved. How many of us work on our day off too? I buy a new car about every 3 years and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. After I accepted the deal Michelle took the time to video a walk around of my new vehicle and send it to me; I loved it and shared it with family and friends and they loved the video. The finance representative (Jerry) went the extra mile too. He had me in and I agreed to the financing and signed the papers and he called me back that evening and got me better financing with another lender. Seriously how many people go the extra mile in their jobs. If all this wasn't enough to sell me on this dealership, the reception Katie kept me entertained while waiting for my car and I'm sure she had better things to do, but you wouldn't have known it. She made me feel comfortable and the time flew while I was waiting. I have used other Chevrolet dealers and I won't go back. I'm sold on Don Brown Chevrolet. More
