I made an agreement to purchase a vehicle on 21Jan2021 and that I would come in on 22Jan2021 to sign papers and be on my way. I was thinking I might be there an hour to complete, but I was there for 2 ho and that I would come in on 22Jan2021 to sign papers and be on my way. I was thinking I might be there an hour to complete, but I was there for 2 hours and about 45 mins of that 2 hours was wait just for the finance individual. The finance individual was not 100% ready for me and he even made two phone calls to lenders when I sat in his office. I would expect that this would be completed before I walked in the door. My credit score was not the problem, b/c it is over 800. We found 2 problems which need to be repaired before we took the vehicle home that evening. We are now over 2 months and I have not received any information about an appointment or the status of when I might need to get the vehicle back in for repair. One bright spot is when I received a phone call to pick up additional paperwork(title) at the front desk the week after the purchase, the lady at the desk was very pleasant and had exactly what I needed. Only there may be 5 mins. More

I received various letters from dealerships trying to get me to buy from them, but Don Brown was the only dealership that sent multiple letters to me. So I decided to give them a try, not expecting much because of my situation. My sales agent, BEN CORDIA, assured me that I would leave with a vehicle and he did not disappoint. Ben made me feel comfortable by allowing me to take my time, he didn't pressure me, he didn't judge me because of my situation, and he made sure that if I did decide to buy something, it would be something that I could truly afford and not just make a sale to build his commission up. After all was said and done, I DROVE away with a 2017 Hyundai Sonata that I absolutely love and completely satisfied with!
