The appointment process works well. I had entered the VIN previously, so it seems that ALL of the vehicle related info would be/should be immediately available. More
Stopped at service dept today. Logan was the rep that helped us. What a helpful young man and so personable. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Jacki did the best she could do. After my truck was wrecked while being serviced and I was without my truck from 7/11 - 10/1. This is totally unacceptable. Never did the service manager or the dealership manager reach out to me. It wasn't until I told Jacki that I wanted some type of compensation for not having my truck did I have conversation with any management. More
Horrible experience. Took twice the estimated time. Had a coupon that was refused for no reason listed. Very disingenuous to email me a coupon and then refuse. I bought my car at Dolan’s and have always had it serviced there. It is now 15 years old and has yet to cause me a problem between maintenance appts, except for once needing a new battery.
