They LIED! We took our 2017 Lexus 450H for service last week. The adviser Maharlika informed us that we need $1,600 worth of maintenance work since it has been We took our 2017 Lexus 450H for service last week. The adviser Maharlika informed us that we need $1,600 worth of maintenance work since it has been 3 years since our last major service. So we agreed to it. When we arrived home, we received the written estimate that has a note that the recommended work was for 60K miles. OUR CAR HAS ONLY 45k miles, Maharlika even made a comment that we did a great job keeping the miles low. I called Dolan Lexus right away and told them to STOP the $1,600 recommended service and registered my dismay as to why would they recommend a 60K service to a car that has only 45k miles. The guy Chris (who was not nice I may add) told me that it is their policy to recommend service based on number of years and mileage. So I told Chris THEY SHOULD HAVE DISCLOSED THIS - LET THE CUSTOMER DECIDE - DO NOT DECEIVE the customer by informing them the service was required. This dealer is DECEITFUL and a LIAR!!!!!! The adviser Maharlika was just after for her commission!!!!! BAD DEALER!!!! If you must take your vehicle to Dolan Lexus, please demend for a full disclosure!!!!!! BAD PEOPLE!!!!! More

They lied and said I needed brakes badly. I opted to go to my brake man as I live in Carson City. He inspected my brakes and said I have 30,000 miles left on them! It’s one thing to pay a little more at the dealership for good service. But it’s a totally different thing to be lied to!! Shame on you! More
