On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, I took my Lexus RX 350 to Dolan Lexus for its 20,000 mile service. Upon arrival I was Checked-In by a Service Advisor named Kerian Tavey. Zach was very good at his job he knew his products. We’ were looking for AWD but wanted a smaller car then the GS350 we owned.
