Our family is considering a future purchase of a small travel trailer and would need a new vehicle to tow it. After researching several makes and models we decided to look closer at the basic RAM 1500 4dr travel trailer and would need a new vehicle to tow it. When I first went in and met PJ, he was very pleasant, listened to what my needs were and showed me what was available. He never tried to push different or more expensive models on me. When I returned later that day with my wife, we looked on our own at the other models. PJ explained the pros and cons about the upgrades and costs, still not pushing the more expensive models. In the end we decided on the upgraded Laramie ourselves, without pressure from the sales team. To make the deal fit our needs, we had 2 vehicles we had to trade and a limit on payments. The sales manager was able to get us all the rebates and outside financing with a great rate! On delivery, Omar Munoz teamed with PJ to help set up our navigation and phone systems and go over the rest of the truck. They were extremely helpful and patient. Since the sale PJ has contacted us to follow-up on any problems or needs. More

I took my Dodge Durango to Paul for diagnosis ( 4X4 issue ). He knew that the cost was high priority after speaking with me, and he was great!
