While in Los Angeles, and carrying this ad with me, I tried to get the so called monster Power Dodge Dealership in Santa Clarita CA. to match your ad price for 2011 and 2012 Dodge trucks, and the salesman was literaly dumbfounded. I was wasting my time and yet this was where I bought my last Dodge truck! Upon returning back from business my wife and I immediately traveled to the Reno Dodge Dealership and in a few short hours made a terrific deal. No pressure, honest ads, courteous salesman, great product,and good selection This kind of relationship makes buying a new vehicle fun and worthwhile again. Our salesman, Omar Munoz, was wonderful to work with. We are happy with our truck and feel we received a pretty good deal. The finance part of the experience left a lot to be desired though. We realize that there are certain ways finance has to put a deal across BUT we felt the finance team was insulting. We asked for a certain payment for a certain length of time. They came back with a year longer than we asked. We said no, then he comes back with what we asked for. It was a waste of our time and theirs. One other problem we had was that this is the third truck we have purchased from Reno Dodge and nothing was ever mentioned about it. I just thought it would be nice if were recognised even with a "Thanks for your loyalty". BUT NOTHING. Overall, we were pleased. Everyone else treated us with the utmost respect.
