Well i did not get it there until 1pm!. I gave the particulars to Jeff at the desk on what it was doing (or not doing). I said i would wait a couple of hours before i had to get a rental. 11/2hrs. later Jeff told me it was a bad battery, everything else checked out good. They replaced the battery at NC (car was still under warranty) and i was good to go. Great experience!!!. I will definitely return to Doherty Ford. They went out of their way to get me in and out, in time. Good job Doherty!!!. Noel More
