I was very pleased as always with Nissan service from start to finish. Everyone was courteous and professional and kept me posted throughout regarding service to be done and cost. I am so surprised and pleased that Evelyn contacted my husband about our 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum model. We were so shocked that our first call was handled by someone who was not responsive to what wa husband about our 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum model. We were so shocked that our first call was handled by someone who was not responsive to what was going on. After leaving an unhappy review Evelyn Brown and Isaac Zimmerman got with my husband and agreed that the headlight issue was not normal, (filling with water and shorting out) especially with less than 28,000 miles on it and no accidents. I'm duly apologetic and very happy with how our issue was resolved. Actually impressed with how this was solved. I will recommend Doggett as a quality Nissan dealer with a service manager that took our issue to heart. More

Don't never service your vehicle here at Doggett Nissan of Beaumont Tx ; the service part is unprofessional; unorganized; and don't care; I brung my car in to get serviced Monday March 18, 2024 for an oil of Beaumont Tx ; the service part is unprofessional; unorganized; and don't care; I brung my car in to get serviced Monday March 18, 2024 for an oil change and a free car wash; so after finishing my car; tell me my car was damaged when it was returned back to me; has a dent on my passenger side and 2 spots where the blk paint in missing... They will not show me any footage of my car seeing if that was really my car or not; I wrote numerous of complaints and they will not return my calls... Someone need to be held responsible for my vehicle.... More
