First of all, the wait was 3 hrs and 20 minutes too long, second I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and they didn’t rotate tires! I have 1 wheel with scratches on passenger side and wheel is still on second I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and they didn’t rotate tires! I have 1 wheel with scratches on passenger side and wheel is still on the rear passenger!!! More

The service that I requested was not completed. The receptionist misunderstood my request and they only did the vehicle inspections and it was done incorrectly.
