I️ have always brought my cars to Mike Smith for repairs when needed. This time it was for the a/c to be fixed because it was not blowing at all. After having the car for 10 days, the Repair Technician (Nic when needed. This time it was for the a/c to be fixed because it was not blowing at all. After having the car for 10 days, the Repair Technician (Nick) told me that it was not repairable. He tried replacing the blower motor and said there were deeper problems because when he would turn on the a/c, the engine would shut down. He also said that it was an older car and you couldn't get any parts for it. At least he did not charge me for the 4 hours labor or the blower motor that he tried. However they charged me about $270 for a diagnostic check which accomplished nothing. They say that you "approved" the diagnostic check but they won't let you proceed without it. Anyway, I️ took it to a local mechanic who works on imports and they had the a/c fixed in 24 hours. Just had to replace the blower motor and regulator and now it blows cold air and works fine. I️ do not understand how Nick could tell me these things and then another independent mechanic can fix it in 24 hours and obtain the parts for it within 24 hours as well. More

Your poor service staff is either short-staffed or has a poor work process. I live in Buna, so it's about a 30 mile one way trip to have service. I had a problem with my mirror so I took the car in , got poor work process. I live in Buna, so it's about a 30 mile one way trip to have service. I had a problem with my mirror so I took the car in , got an oil change too, part was not in stock so I ordered it, service staff said the part would be in the next day. So I drive in the next day to be told the part wasn't in and if it was, nobody was on hand to install it. I am frustrated by the waste of gas and time that could have been avoided by a phone call. More

Brought my Honda CR-V to mike smith Honda for an oil change and they came out and said the air filters needed to be cleaned and we said ok not aware they were going to replace them. What was supposed t change and they came out and said the air filters needed to be cleaned and we said ok not aware they were going to replace them. What was supposed to cost $70 ended up costing $150. Poor business practice Mike Smith!! Very disappointed!! More

I bought a 2019 honda civic from Mike Smith in March. They never gave me my paperwork for my car, so I called and called and no one would ever call me back, by July my car was having problems starting. They never gave me my paperwork for my car, so I called and called and no one would ever call me back, by July my car was having problems starting. I made appointment to have it looked at, explained to them what was happening with my car and brought it in. Somer was awful at keeping me up to date on what was happening. Trying to call this place in general is a joke and no one will ever call you back. Fast forward to three days later, Somer finally calls to let me know my dome light was on, and that was the problem. So I took them at there word and went and got my car, finally got my paperwork after a man that didnt even sell me my car finally printed it out for me. Two days later it begins again, I refused to bring it back to Mike Smith due to customer service and them not looking further into the problem. I then turned and took it to Twin City Honda, very exceptional customer service and come to find out my starter was going out. I will NEVER use Mike Smith again More
