Service is great, serviced my vehicle in ample time, great service writers and fantastic service manager. very professional. i would leave 5 stars but i leave only 1. in the time i was there i couldn't great service writers and fantastic service manager. very professional. i would leave 5 stars but i leave only 1. in the time i was there i couldn't help but overhear the gentleman from parts, he was Extremely unprofessional and very rude to the young lady in parts. now ive seen my share of toxic employees in my time. but this xxx takes the cake. overheard his name: john, this is the kind of person that would make you hate to return to work daily. other than than this i loved my service at this dealership, will be returning. First, your service staff are great. Trying to call your svc department is a nightmare. People want to talk to real people. Over the years I have purchased five Honda vehicles from Mike Trying to call your svc department is a nightmare. People want to talk to real people. Over the years I have purchased five Honda vehicles from Mike Smith Honda. I'm a loyal customer. But, to have to deal with a robot when I call in is a waste of my time. There is a Nissan dealership close to my home and they want to service my two current vehicles. More
