Ref: Tailgate Harness Recall Had a 10AM appointment. I was told it would take 2-3 hrs. Arrived at 3:30 and nothing was done. Was told they will see when a tech. was available. Likely the next day. No coupons for oil change, no bowl of snacks, no can sodas, no carwash or multi point inspection done correctly.Said my car checked out great, everything was fine. I seen new faces in sales. No one walking by spoke to the customers in the waiting area. In the past, the sales team would stop and speak.. always. You can tell this is not Mike Smith Honda. Yesterdays experience and price of an oil change, and obviously not completely and accurately conducting the multi point inspection. Im taking my business elsewhere. This service was no comparison to Mike Smith honda.! More

Magen was good got my Tire fixed then when I went to Walmarts my car wouldn’t start. Don’t know why waited a few Minutes then it started.
