Did not put water in my windshield wipers, I even asked if they were going to do this . They did not check the air in my tires after rotating them. Recently made an appointment for 2023 Accord. Showed up at the appointed time and was told it was minimum 3-4 days due to issues Doggett was having. We were not told this before we showed up and were not able to leave the car. A loaner was not available. Today, 3/10/25, called again to set up service for recall - a recall that could potentially cause a catastrophic fire. Was told that we would need to bring the car for analysis to see if the recall needed to be fixed. If it did need to be fixed then Doggett would put a "stop drive" on our car that would prevent us from leaving with the vehicle. When asked how long Doggett would hold the car to make the repair we were told it could take from one week to one month! We asked if a loaner car would be provided - answer was "sorry, no - we don't have any available". This is totally unacceptable. We've bought two Hondas from this dealership in the last 2 years - the Accord and a Ridgeline. I didn't give it 1 Star because we have had the oil changed there and everything went fine. We called Twin City Honda in Nederland about the recall and they said if they need to keep the car it would be 1-4 days and they would give us a loaner or rental. We made the appointment with them. We will never do business with Doggett again. Lesson learned. More
