Your poor service staff is either short-staffed or has a poor work process. I live in Buna, so it's about a 30 mile one way trip to have service. I had a problem with my mirror so I took the car in , got an oil change too, part was not in stock so I ordered it, service staff said the part would be in the next day. So I drive in the next day to be told the part wasn't in and if it was, nobody was on hand to install it. I am frustrated by the waste of gas and time that could have been avoided by a phone call. I preorder a car 90 days out , was expected to get the car the last week in November , everything was approved , put a deposit down , signed a agreement . Ok so the last week of November came no call no text no communication happen , therefor i called that week and the clerk told me the car was going arrive the second week in December , ok cool still never heard from my salesman , since maybe the beginning of November , ok now its the second week in December , im calling cuz im like where is the car why is nobody telling me anything . So that Friday i called someone told me they receive two loads of cars and my car was on the load and that my salesman would call me back , so he called me back and told me my car have arrive , i could come pick it up or wait til Saturday so they can wash it and put tint , so i was like cool ill wait til saturday , he told me come about 10:30 everything would be ready to go . So saturday morning at 8:45 he text me ask me the milage and can i send a check stub , ok i sent everything over , then he called me and say can u come in now cuz im free . So i was like no cuz i just got up , so i get to the dealership test drive the car switch keys , get back in the building and my salesman tell me that the car i order didnt come in and the one i test drove is the same car but just 1 year higher . And that my deal was on a 2022, and it was for 90!days , and now its 96 days , so basically everything is cancelled . No solution no accountmadations nothing but lies and an apology. Why wasnt anything communicated with me . So yall didnt realize yall sold me a 2022 and yall had 2023 coming in on inventory for 90 days yall didnt know this ???? The morning i came up there yall didnt know i was coming pick up a 2022???? But nobody said nothing!!! They really played me! And they could care less ! More
Be wary of the warranty options they try to sell you, and the condition of the used cars they sell. They sold me a platinum warranty on a used car, and Fidelity would not uphold a claim on a OEM part that wa the condition of the used cars they sell. Brought my Honda CR-V to mike smith Honda for an oil change and they came out and said the air filters needed to be cleaned and we said ok not aware they were going to replace them. What was supposed t change and they came out and said the air filters needed to be cleaned and we said ok not aware they were going to replace them. Engine in Honda van was making a noise brought it into the service department. Timing belts had to be replaced after being told they were on backorder. Well they started out great by getting me a loaner car and finding alternative replacement part kit. After 10 days in shop and just driving it from the dealership to the house the vans power steering is now shot. I think the power steering pump was also replaced. I called and was offered no resolution other than they'll have to run another diagnostic test on it. I was also told they test drove the vehicle with no issues, but the odometer reading is the same, they didn't drive it anywhere. I also understand that this problem doesn't manifest unless the RPMs are over 2000. How is this not negligence and theft? More

I texted, sent requests, left messages for the salesperson Daniele who was going to check with service about something that I saw on CarFax. Nothing. So I called her. She then said that Mike Smith Honda couldn’t sell it afterall and that I need to call Nissan. She did absolutely zero work, she simply wanted me to click ‘buy’ and collect a commission check. Later someone from the Nissan dealership contacted me (Albert). I told him the situation and he was adamant to run my credit saying he would take care of me (calling me buddy). When I refused to give my SS number, he suddenly had another customer and got off the phone with me and never called me back. Well…I didn’t want him to run my credit because I was actually planning to pay for the car in full with cash (I have a feeling they would have been more helpful then). I found a similar BMW that hasn’t been in a fender bender that is being delivered to me tomorrow. Their poor customer service costed them a sale, my business, and I will happily refer people to the place that I DID make my purchase. (Let’s just say that where I went I did not have to deal with salespeople at all) More
I bought a 2019 honda civic from Mike Smith in March. They never gave me my paperwork for my car, so I called and called and no one would ever call me back, by July my car was having problems starting. I made appointment to have it looked at, explained to them what was happening with my car and brought it in. Somer was awful at keeping me up to date on what was happening. Trying to call this place in general is a joke and no one will ever call you back. Fast forward to three days later, Somer finally calls to let me know my dome light was on, and that was the problem. So I took them at there word and went and got my car, finally got my paperwork after a man that didnt even sell me my car finally printed it out for me. Two days later it begins again, I refused to bring it back to Mike Smith due to customer service and them not looking further into the problem. I then turned and took it to Twin City Honda, very exceptional customer service and come to find out my starter was going out. I will NEVER use Mike Smith again More
The guys here are AWESOME! I’ve never felt so welcomed at a dealership. They’re all very helpful & sweet. I had an amazing experience. I’m grateful for people like them that work in establishments.
