My customer representative at Doggett Ford was Sandra and she was the BEST! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. My Bronco needed some minor repairs to upgrades added by Doggett. This she was the BEST! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. My Bronco needed some minor repairs to upgrades added by Doggett. This was taking much longer to complete but Sandra helped and provided a loaner until the repairs were completed. All was done to great satisfaction and I can't thank Sandra enough for seeing everything through to the end. Kudos to Doggett, the repair guys and especially Sandra! More

Service writer was not there when my appointment was-person that helped me was VERY nice-my appointment was at 7:30,at 9:30 it was brought to my attention that lof was compleate but squeaky noise w was-person that helped me was VERY nice-my appointment was at 7:30,at 9:30 it was brought to my attention that lof was compleate but squeaky noise would not be able to be looked at for at least 3 hours and she would call me at 12:30 with results!!(they did pay for Uber home)At 12:30 no call so I called and left a message,again at 1 and again at 2.At 2:30 I reached out again and was told I would have to leave car till Monday with no guarantee they would have time to test drive on Monday!!”great customer satisfaction “ I picked up my car and will be looking for a new Ford dealer on Monday!! I bought a 2019 Ford F150 King Ranch brand new on May 30th 2019 and about a year ago my key stopped working it would neither lock nor unlock my truck nothing. I asked a guy in service and he said it was 30th 2019 and about a year ago my key stopped working it would neither lock nor unlock my truck nothing. I asked a guy in service and he said it was not covered and would be $500 to repair. However yesterday I took my truck in for an oil change and a lady named Gwen in service was kind enough to double check for me without me even asking and it turns out it was covered I just needed to pay a $100 deductible. So my 5 start rating is for Gwen really the best person in service to deal with. The guy to her right is the one who gave me wrong information. More
Terrible Service My regular dealership was Lone Star Ford, who was FANTASTIC! When Doggett bought out Lone Star they became "my dealership". The service was terrible . My vehicle was totally messed up afterwards. When I called them, they were excessively rude and couldn't care less. They wanted to charge me to diagnose something they messed up! Seemed like a scam to me, and the typical "take advantage of the female". Don't waste your time with this unethical service department! More
