You are violating data privacy laws by continuing to keep and use my email address after I have asked many times to delete it. Even if I opt out of emails, I still get service reminders and requests for reviews. I have never been to your dealership and don’t live in the same city, but trust me I’ll never buy a Ford after this experience.
