Doggett Ford sold my custom ordered Bronco Sport to someone else after I waited 4 months and when I was in the middle of finalizing the paperwork to go pick it up! Luis Chavez called a day after he already sold it, saying it was a ‘system glitch’ and then changed the excuse to a ‘personal mistake’. His offer was another Bronco (not the same specs) coming in the next few weeks that he can sell to me at invoice. What!? I called Ford corporate and they said this happens a lot with some of these independently owned dealerships. They know they can make more money by selling your custom order at a higher price to another customer because of the high demand. Ford can only limit the inventory allotment to these dealerships and there is no legal recourse as a customer even if you paid a deposit. How unethical! I hope I can help someone else avoid making the same mistake to trust Doggett - save yourself a lot of time and money and order your car somewhere else. Worked with Jack and had a great experience getting my new F150 ordered. Once it was delivered to the dealership I was notified and we finalized a trade in value for my current F150 and was able to pick new F150 ordered. Once it was delivered to the dealership I was notified and we finalized a trade in value for my current F150 and was able to pick up my truck before the end of the year. The bedliner, tinting, and tonneau cover were installed in great shape. I will need to take the truck back to get two of the windows tinted since I came early and the installers did not have time to complete it. Jack did a great job going through all the details I needed to know about the truck before leaving the dealership. Great experience with Doggett Ford. More
Made an appointment, drove over an hour to find out the vehicle I was there to purchase was in service with issues........ I bought a more expensive truck but they have not paid off my trade yet. They were blowing up my email and phone before I made a purchase. Nothing but crickets after I made a purchase and have an issue. It should not take weeks to pay off a trade in. Do not make the mistake of buying from these people! Jason Mosley and "Jack" Jackie Carrillo made it abundantly clear they are not worried about their customers but rather just moving units. First they got me there by telling me the vehicle I wanted was on the lot. It was not!. Then they said they could sell me one that was in route and would be there in a week. That was my first mistake. The vehicle was not there on time and the owner Jason Mosley refused to communicate with me. I was referred directly to him but I must not have been ENOUGH $$$$ of a customer to gain his respect or attention. When the vehicle did arrive he promised a 3 day turn around on modifications. More than a week later I still didn't have it. I was forced to deal with his unprofessional assistant who was rude as xxxx. I told her before the car even arrived on the lot that I no longer wanted to finalize the deal. THEN she tried to get me to take delivery of the vehicle with unfinished modifications. I requested that I deal directly with Jason who not once met with me and refused to take my calls or return them. I was bullied into taking delivery of a vehicle they knew I no longer wanted and a week later I am still dealing with the absolute lack of professionalism and customer service because they took short cuts on doing my disabled veterans vehicle registration. I am absolutely filled with regret that I ever drove onto the lot! More
