I brought my Jeep to the dealership for an oil leak repair, but despite the service, the issue persisted upon return. Brought jeep in for hatch not opening and an oil change. In their inspection they found a burned out license plate bulb. Easily accessible, lift cover plate and change. Went in for wiper blade change and cabin filter replacement at 7am and it took 2 hours for work, unacceptable. Should notify customer if there is a delay so we don’t have to wonder what’s taking s replacement at 7am and it took 2 hours for work, unacceptable.
