I went for a recall notice and I arrived early for my appointment. The service agent, Leonard, was very courteous and took my car right away. Uninformed. Advertising a vehicle for sale that was not in their possession. I wish I could write a separate review for the salesman, Nate. He was great but unfortunately at the mercy of upper management. His manager, Ben and I did a deal over the phone and the car was to be deliv Nate. He was great but unfortunately at the mercy of upper management. His manager, Ben and I did a deal over the phone and the car was to be delivered to me in Conroe. The sales man shows up 30 min late, but communicates with me, so that was good. But is unaware of the IOU's that Ben and I discussed. After inspection of the vehicle, their service tech failed to return the trunk panels that had to be removed, back to their original place. There were a few scratches that should have been photographed for full disclosure, which either dictates lack of an attention to details, etc. The problem was that there was no one at the dealership to help answer and get the IOS's written down and emailed over for a signature. Nate could not get anyone to answer to my questions, which unfortunately only reflected on him as he was the point guy. It finally got resolved, as the technician was able to verify the IOU's to management and about 45 minutes later, with me threatening to take the car back did we have a signed deal and delivery. Again, buyer beware and get everything in writing. My feeling is that if the dealership is going to make Home Deliveries, they need to have a point guy at the dealership that the salesperson can quickly contact, should something go array. Lastly, I was left with no paperwork and 3 days later still have no paperwork either sent to me or emailed. Luckily I took pics of each document to memorialize the sale. But really.... More
