Having realized our new Tacoma mileage was already at 4000+ miles and almost due for it's first 5,000 mile service check, combined with the fact that Having realized our new Tacoma mileage was already at 4000+ miles and almost due for it's first 5,000 mile service check, combined with the fact that we were headed out of town on a 3,000+ mile road trip in a few days, I was worried we wouldn't be able to get the truck in for service prior to leaving. I was so relieved in talking with Olivia at Doenges Toyota, who was not only very personable on the phone, but also very accommodating by squeezing us in for a quick service appointment before the road trip. On arriving, she greeted me, was very upbeat and quickly checked the Tacoma in. It couldn't have been more than 20 minutes before Greg came to let me know the service was finished. Great job and many thanks for expediting our service! Our genuine thanks also go to Bruce Doenges and David Smith for their patient support during the purchase of our new Tacoma. They too, were extremely personable and great to work with, and we really appreciated their knowledge and expertise as they fielded several questions during our back-and-forth decision making.
