I walked in without an appointment the day before thanksgiving while the place was Doenges Toyota's quick lane services holds up that title with ease. I walked in without an appointment the day before thanksgiving while the place was swamped and left my vehicle with them at 11am. They gave me a ride home and called me by 12:30pm for my pick up. That's very impressive to me because they turned a 4 or more hour wait into a 1 1/2 hour service. I had 2 new tires replaced, balanced, and mounted for my trip out of town. You made my day a blessed one. Thank you for your professional services over the years and great prices for those services. 5 stars is not enough. This dealership deserves awards. More

New Key Programming I had an appointment for service, and an expected completion time. They knew I was coming and what needed to be done. Oil Change I left my Ban at 9:30 Thursday morning they ask me if I was waiting or leaving it. I was leaving it and returned at 12:30 and was told it would be an I left my Ban at 9:30 Thursday morning they ask me if I was waiting or leaving it. I was leaving it and returned at 12:30 and was told it would be an hour more so I left and returned an hour and half later and was told there were 2 cars ahead of mine, this was for an oil change. Anyway 6 hours after I brought the Van in at 9:30am my oil was changed. I totally understand the price is great but 6 hours. I’ ll be back but I hope it won’t take that long. More
