I brought my 2001 Dodge Ram Diesel in due to a problem where the headlights would turn on while the truck was parked and unattended. The service department said the wiring was not standard and they couldn where the headlights would turn on while the truck was parked and unattended. The service department said the wiring was not standard and they couldn't solve the problem. However they indicated that I had a leak where the diesel was dripping on my starter. They said the solution was to replace a diesel pump at the cost of over $1,000.00 dollars. They charged me $58.00 for the diagnosis. I took the Dodge to a friend who corrected both problems at a cost of only $150.00 which included changing out the turn signal and headlight dimmer. The Drip was caused by a hose that just needed to be tightened, which the mechanic found by just looking under the vehicle. I don't feel well taken care of by the mechanic who charged me for that diagnosis. Tom Evans More

Worst service ever received ( ACTUALLY NO SERVICE). Called and made an appointment for l:00 PM 12/31/13, received e-mail confirmation for appointment. Arrived approimately 30 minutes early. Service writer looked up appointment, wrote up service order, and said it would take about l l/2 hours, but he never took the car back to service area. At 2:30 PM, my car had not been touched, so I looked up the service writer to follow up and he told me that they were not going to be able to get to it today. I ask for my recall notice back and left. THIS WAS A SAFETY REDCALL!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE CHRYSLER GROUP RECALL ASSISTANCE CENTER AND TO THE ADMINISTRATOR, NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION IN WASHINGTON, DC. More

I went to get my free oil change, no one waited on me, I stood there for 15 minutes with not so much as a blink my way. You are promised sun shine and rainbows to get you to buy your vehicle there, but onc stood there for 15 minutes with not so much as a blink my way. This was my first visit to the dealership and I had a lot of questions. My vehicle is a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Van with handicapped conversion and I had a laundry list of questions, most of which I of questions. The service employee was patient and gave me full attention. I had purchased this van due to my wife's needs, and several other folks had shown me their Town and Country and were VERY happy with them. I have never owned a car or van of this quality and am happy with it, although we are still "on a learning curve" of all it's features. The van was purchased from a third party and the many items we are disappointed about are due to the "conversion" modifications, as I has suspected. I will be hoping and praying that when I go to the handicapped sales dealer I will get as much satisfaction as you folks provided me. More

By far, this is the most reliable, respectful, honest dealership we have dealt with in all the years that we have been purchasing vehicles. They are extremely accomodating, professional and most importan dealership we have dealt with in all the years that we have been purchasing vehicles. They are extremely accomodating, professional and most important honest. We needed an oil change (one of 4 free changes) and no appointment was necessary. We drove into the dealership and the work was done within 45 minues. The mechanic noticed that we were missing a cover for the engine. The salesman immediately provided the part for our engine. Coming from New York City, we always had to wait for days to get a service appointment for our vehicles and most times, the dealer would tie up our car for days and often we had to rent a car which cost us even more money for the service. There are no arguments about what needs to be done at this dealership. There is always a follow-up call from the Manager of the dealership making sure that we had a pleasant experience and that we did not encounter any issues. This dealership is an "A" rated establishment and we are fortunate to have this dealership in the Winter Haven community. Also, the customer waiting area is clean and fresh coffee is available, while watching TV. How nice is that? More
