The Service Dept ROCKED it! I would like to start by saying; this dealer went above and beyond, to take care of my van and me as a person. I cannot lie, I was very hesitant to I would like to start by saying; this dealer went above and beyond, to take care of my van and me as a person. I cannot lie, I was very hesitant to go to Winter Haven Dodge after really (and I mean really bad experiences at Posner Lake Wales and Posner Park CDJ) However, a friend kept telling me that they are nothing like that. The owner runs a tight ship and you need to try them. So I did, and let me tell you the owner (I believe his name is Mike) really, does run a different operation and this dealer is nothing like the other Posner Dealerships. When I arrived, I did not have an appointment but wanted them to hear the issue I was having when the van was acting up in the moment. The service agent Stephanie was great; she recommended and sent an actual tech out who pinpointed the issue. Immediately Stephanie set me up for an appointment 2 days later where I dropped my van, they drove me to work. picked me up, and then provided me a loaner! They were able to fix my vans AC, and worked with me on a great deal for some additional maintenance that I needed based on my mileage. I want to stress, that I have had some bad experiences with dealers in Central Florida, from Lakeland to Kissimmee and did not think I would find a good service dealer. I can tell you now, if you had the same experience as me, I recommend that you go see Winter Haven Dodge! The service team rocks! You will not be disappointed and they really do an AMAZING Job! More

Oil change/ service Nice people at the service desk, very professional and courteous. However they seem to be over worked, struggling to keep up with everything going on. I had a appointment, even with that I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple oil change and service check. The service writer went over everything they checked, that was the good part. The bad is they were supposed to rotate the tires which they did not do. After waiting more than 2-hours for a oil change I was not going to wait even longer to get the tires rotated. More
Poor service experience While Cher (Service rep) was courteous and supportive, the overall experience was extremely poor. Sent specific feedback to owner without any reply. Repairs only half complete, incomplete parts left dangling underneath vehicle, poor at best communication regarding if vehicle repairs were complete...multiple visits required after being told all repairs were complete only to discover they were not resulting in numerous trips back and forth all the while being told each time it was 100% complete. Unfortunately, can never recommend my 'home' dealership to anyone. Recommend to seek alternatives at all costs unless you are prepared to scrutinize every single detail of the repair work and ask specific questions related to the service being provided. Another example...part of the repair which i discovered incomplete...dangling hoses, disconnect wiring, etc from underneath the vehicle...when I shared the discovery, the reply was that i could fix it myself (the issues they caused) or bring it back in yet another time. Again, Cher's courtesy is the only reason for any ratings above poor. More
Service and Sales WH Dodge has been my go to dealership since 2011. I have bought 5 vehicles 4 new 1 one used. Steve Knope has been my salesman and has gone above what you normally would get from an auto salesperson. Everybody at the dealership have been great about helping me with financing my cars. Service Department has been excellent. Richard was the man when I needed service and Luigi is the only mechanic I will used to service my vehicles. Since Richard left due to health reasons Stephanie Rutledge has been been my Service Adviser. I can't say enough about her. She has been fantastic and I didn't think I could find someone that was close to matching Richard. She has been there every time whenever I need service and the same about Luigi. WH Dodge is very fortunate to have these two people in the Service Department. I recommend WH Dodge to everyone who asks me where to buy a car. Keep up the great job. Bill Enns More
