I felt like an annoyance Poor customer service and required multiple trips to get warranty repair. Worst customer service I have had for warranty service. Was quickly assessed and told the warranty part would be ordered. I asked if she wanted my name and she opened the computer and then took my information. I suspected she did not have the part identified and when I returned weeks later (no call back) the wrong part was received. Back again later and finally the seal was installed. More
RAM 3500 Repair I had an issue arise with my 2015 RAM 3500 while I was driving from Indiana to Florida. The message on the the dash indicated that the ETC (Electronic I had an issue arise with my 2015 RAM 3500 while I was driving from Indiana to Florida. The message on the the dash indicated that the ETC (Electronic Throttle Control) was malfunctioning. The problem cause my truck to stall out 4 times, as i nursed it to my destination. Once back in Florida, I called Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven at 8AM Monday morning to schedule an appointment. They got me in the same day, diagnosed the problem, and got the parts on the way. My service advisor, Stephanie, kept me informed every step of the way. They kept the cost of repair as reasonable as they could, while still getting my truck back on the road as soon as possible. I would highly recommend them for expert service. The Service Dept ROCKED it! I would like to start by saying; this dealer went above and beyond, to take care of my van and me as a person. I cannot lie, I was very hesitant to I would like to start by saying; this dealer went above and beyond, to take care of my van and me as a person. I cannot lie, I was very hesitant to go to Winter Haven Dodge after really (and I mean really bad experiences at Posner Lake Wales and Posner Park CDJ) However, a friend kept telling me that they are nothing like that. The owner runs a tight ship and you need to try them. So I did, and let me tell you the owner (I believe his name is Mike) really, does run a different operation and this dealer is nothing like the other Posner Dealerships. When I arrived, I did not have an appointment but wanted them to hear the issue I was having when the van was acting up in the moment. The service agent Stephanie was great; she recommended and sent an actual tech out who pinpointed the issue. Immediately Stephanie set me up for an appointment 2 days later where I dropped my van, they drove me to work. picked me up, and then provided me a loaner! They were able to fix my vans AC, and worked with me on a great deal for some additional maintenance that I needed based on my mileage. I want to stress, that I have had some bad experiences with dealers in Central Florida, from Lakeland to Kissimmee and did not think I would find a good service dealer. I can tell you now, if you had the same experience as me, I recommend that you go see Winter Haven Dodge! The service team rocks! You will not be disappointed and they really do an AMAZING Job! More
