Poor service I took my car to dodge of Winterhaven about six months ago because my passenger side front door panel bus coming on glued from the door. Service manag I took my car to dodge of Winterhaven about six months ago because my passenger side front door panel bus coming on glued from the door. Service manager came out and looked at it and then went and got a service person from the back who also looked at it and stayed at a whole door panel need to be ordered. The service manager took a picture of my den and told me he would order the part and they would call me when it came in. Call back two months later part will be in in six more weeks. Call back another two weeks later oh they’re on backorder it’ll be in will call. Call back two days ago to find out the part was never ordered and they were lying to me over the phone when they told me it would be in February and then again in six months two months later. The service person that answered the phone Frank was very kind and ordered the part for me and sent me an email confirmation that the part has been ordered. I asked him to speak to the service manager so I can report the problems I had. The service manager was not in but I was assured that Shay Parish,, the service manager would get back to me as soon as he came back in. They have my cell phone number and my landline. Needless to say I got the runaround again and never got the phone call that evening from the service manager. Wake up the next day did I get a call? Absolutely not. We have been buying Dodge for 20 years and never had this problem up north where we come from originally. Down here in Florida we cannot get a straight answer his service sucks and the service sucks. Very disappointed will not ever go to dodge of Winter Haven again. More
I can’t believe after buying 4 new tires and a week later I have a tire with a defect they would charge me $27 dollars for labor and make me wait for 3 hrs to put a new tire on. Do yourself a favor and buy a Dodge from another county! The only reason for me typing anything is on behalf of Destiny Lema ( front desk ) and the fact she was very nice and honest with me. As for the clown who owns the 3 Dodge dealerships in surrounding cities (Winter Haven, Posner Park, Lakeland) do everyone a solid and fire the service manager (Winter Haven) that guy is arrogant and needs a lesson in humility. Fire the chubby fella who looks like a poor man's version of Kevin James with a mixture of Bett Middler in Hocus pocus, this guy single handedly started my terrible experience once a year ago, and my second a week ago. This guy I warn you to look out for he's at front desk , service department (Winter Haven) you'll want to smack his dentures down his throat. You can't even explain what's wrong with your vehicle before he tries to finish your sentence, it's like a bad date! So moving to the back of the house which is the service department or service techs, this is where things really get screwy. Last year my Dodge ram 2500 6.7 Cummins diesel started to stall out at red lights have a lot of engine smoke pouring out of the engine compartment inside of my cab of the truck smelled like the exhaust was piped into the cab and I have real heavy shifting from drive to reverse so I took it in told him these problems drop my truck off for a week came back to pick it up absolutely nothing was done to my truck. One year later which was last week I return back to the same dealership in Winter Haven I don't know why but I guess it doesn't matter it's all owned by the same guy but anyhow I take it back and explain to him what the problem is and why they can't fix my truck, I drop it off, it was there for two days came back to pick up my truck, guess what, truck still not fixed! They told me that prior to me buying my vehicle that somebody had put a tuner on my truck which voided the warranty so now I have no warranty on a new 2500 Cummins mega cab diesel. Again . My question is why these morons couldn't have told me that a year ago when they did nothing with my truck and how they just found out now that somebody plugged a tuner into my truck. So one or two things either they didn't look at my truck at all the first time and charged me for a I guess a service charge which is like a hundred and thirty bucks or the second go-round they plug their computer into my truck and flag my truck for having a tuner which it never had? I have no idea that's why I'm writing this because I'm telling everyone who reads this do yourself a favor find another Dodge dealership outside of Polk county these people will take your money and run they're not here to help you they're here to make money. More

We had purchased our Ram at Jerry Ulm Dodge in Tampa, we took delivery of our truck on Friday, we got our new truck home, then on Saturday it would no We had purchased our Ram at Jerry Ulm Dodge in Tampa, we took delivery of our truck on Friday, we got our new truck home, then on Saturday it would not start, got it jumped off that afternoon, on Sunday it would not start again, so by Monday, we had got it jumped off again and took it up to Winter Haven Dodge and got a new battery for it. Had no problems with the service dept. It took a couple of hours. The service dept was very nice and helpful. More
