Sucks all around Poor service department. Express means 1 1/2 hour wait. Frank is so rude. I've been dealing him for years. He needs to learn customer service. I will Poor service department. bad service So a few months ago, I bought a car in different dealership, and I got a letter that I should get a service for my car. It also stated that I had a fr So a few months ago, I bought a car in different dealership, and I got a letter that I should get a service for my car. It also stated that I had a free oil change. So I went to them and asked them about it. A service representative says to me that he doesn't know what I am talking about. So I said, "oh so the letter I got is not a standard letter that you guys send?" He gives me a tone, "I don't know what letter you got." So asked how often should I get my Jeep Cherokee get serviced. He says "10,000 miles for an oil change." I said, "are you sure because I remember the letter says 8,000 or 3 months, which ever comes first" (side note: I wasn't trying to trick him. He already said that my information was wrong. I just want to verify). He snaps at me with a tone, "I don't know what you're talking about. Bring the letter." Ok, you would think I would not come back, but I do even though my husband said to just go to Davis instead. So go back a few weeks later because the oil change came on at 8,000. I get the same guy. I'm not sure if he remember me. I informed him that I want an oil change. He asks for my keys and goes to my car. He tells me that it's going to be 79 dollars for the oil change. I informed him that I think we have free maintenance until 20K. He skims to the computer and says no. (oh, btw, I spoke to someone on the phone earlier if I do get free oil change and he said yes. I even asked if he was sure). So anyway, I mentioned that I spoke with someone earlier and he said it was free. I felt that he was getting annoyed with me. So called my husband and asked him if I was misinformed, my husband says no. So I asked service guy, "Can you check in a different name? Because I just spoke with my husband and he says it should get a free one." This guys snaps at me and says, "do you want the oil change or not?!" I was willing to pay for it, but he was sooo rude! I walked away and went to Davis instead. Better service at Davis! Also, Davis told me that there was a recall on my vehicle. More

Could do better with the service that we have experience, I mean come on, who forgets who's vehicles is thier appropriate owner?
