just recently purchased a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x2 RWF, with basic/standard features & ,222 miles & had 21,222 miles on it. Paid $33,200 out the door price. the next day I called 5 differe Laredo 4x2 RWF, with basic/standard features & ,222 miles & had 21,222 miles on it. Paid $33,200 out the door price. the next day I called 5 differentt Jeep car dealership nearby was gotten a price quoted for a similar car, but BRAND NEW 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x2 Laredo for only $28,400. I got robbed ! Then i called the sales manager to dispute the amount i paid for this used SUV. He stated that they cannot do anything to it & thete's NO COOLLING OFF period in state of CA. More
Great selection of vehicles however their "five star" service was non-existant. I would hope that when a customer spends $17,000 on a vehicle that they would treat them with a little more apprecia star" service was non-existant. There was a lot of waiting around and one employee not handing us off to the next employee. This was moreso after we finished signing all the papers and spent the money. We were never told where to go, the van was not ready, and in fact we had no clue what we were supposed to do next. We were just wondering around the lobby trying to find someone to ask where our car was and what else we had to do before we could drive off. Then a few months after we had the vehicle, we still haven't recieved the title, and are just sitting in limbo wondering if the vehicle regiatration is even valid. I have called to speak with the dealership about the registration and title for the past three weeks and have not been able to talk to the one person who deals with that kind of stuff. I have left several messages on her voicemail, with the receptionist and even with someone who said they were going to see her in "just a few minutes" and was going to let her know. I don't know who gave this dealership the "five star" rating but I'm begining to think that it is self-proclaimed and they have nothing to prove for it. More

Could do better with the service that we have experience, I mean come on, who forgets who's vehicles is thier appropriate owner?
